Due to the ever-expanding business needs, the original workshop can no longer meet our production needs. We moved to the new factory area at the end of July. Our factory area was expanded to 3,600 square meters, and the entire company area reached 4,600 square meters, which greatly met our production needs.

After the relocation, the plant divisions are more clearly defined, such as material cutting area, heat bending area, packaging area, bonding area, etc. It can greatly improve our production efficiency and increase the enthusiasm of workers.

For the management of the production workshop, we have also introduced advanced management technology-digital factory. The digital factory MES system can realize 8 major functions, including workshop billboard, production planning, efficiency improvement, OEE collection, delivery management, quality management, Equipment maintenance, and intelligent hardware are based on intelligent alarm lights and realized through machine networking. In short, this system is a combination of hardware and software. The hardware is the three-color light installed on the machine of our equipment, and the software is the production department each employee has a client port installed on his mobile phone. The general logic is to disassemble the production line and products, arrange the orders through the software, distribute them to each position, and then control each process. At the same time, the software will detect the situation of the production line through the three-color light, such as shutdown or boot up, line change, etc., Employees can submit their completed situation on the customer portal, so as to achieve real-time control and result collection to improve production line efficiency.

In addition, we have also introduced a packaging line, which can greatly improve our production efficiency when we are packaging small display racks.
